What is the role?
As a Retention Specialist, you will be tasked with contacting our existing customer database to offer updates on their current agreements and offering new alternatives. Whilst doing so, you will be maintaining customer relationships and will work closely with the Retention Manager and Sales teams to retain business.
Who you need to be?
To succeed in this role, you will be highly passionate about our brand, our standards and our vision. You need to be highly driven and able to work on your own and with a team. Diligence and a strong attention to detail is required with the ability to work with others. You will also need an excellent telephone manner and be willing to go the extra mile for our customers.
Hours:
This is an onsite role, Monday – Friday from 08:30 – 18:00 (42.5 hours per week)
