Was not to pushy and they were clear about the offer
28 July 2026
I was over the moon with my new car and especially all the help I received from James Harris going above and beyond to get everything complete and ensured I was happy with everything. I'd stick with BMW solely to deal with James in the future

04 October 2026
Attentive staff, diligent service, helpful summary video 10/10
03 October 2026
All we needed to do was drop the key off for an MOT. Admittedly we had put that we would wait for the car on the check in, however we had decided not to wait. We were then left waiting for too long before someone checked on us.
02 October 2026
Everyone was polite, efficient and friendly.
01 October 2026
This is about the 8th time the vehicle has been in for the same issue and it's not resolved and we just get told different things each time

30 September 2026

30 September 2026
Because I was looked after very well
30 September 2026
I had to wait 25 minutes to speak to the service agent. I was told my car would be ready at 5:15. I arrived at 5:25 but not seen until 5:50. The agent wasn't very friendly!

29 September 2026
Work was done well and under warranty. Would have given five stars if I had been kept better informed on progress.
29 September 2026
The service was advertised with a complimentary wash - whilst everything else was smooth my vehicle came back with big smudges on the windscreen externally in my field of vision.
29 September 2026
Great service
29 September 2026
Never have had a problem .also very helpful with eny queries.
29 September 2026
So expensive
28 September 2026
Overall I am happy with the service I have received, however I am not keen on the self check in as I prefer to speak to a person.
28 September 2026
The online check in process didn't work. Then on arrival at the dealership, I had to a self service protracted check in service. At a large dealership, having to do a self service check is poor customer service.
28 September 2026
Excellent service. My car was booked in for a recall for the starter motor. I could not bring it in on the day as I have leukaemia and went down with Covid. At short notice my car was collected and the work done. The garage was so helpful.
28 September 2026
4/5 service and staff was good. Charging 53 pounds for one light bulb H4 is outrageous.
28 September 2026
The repair and MOT were almost conducted in the time given by the CSA and I was asked if i needed anything on a few occasions.
27 September 2026
Everything was carried out so professionally and customer service was fantastic, both over the phone and face to face.
27 September 2026

27 September 2026
They were very helpful and efficient.
26 September 2026
Staff are very professional and helpful.
26 September 2026
Unfortunately, the service this time round was appalling. I won't be returning to BMW Partridge. Please find staff that really represent the BMW brand as reputation is the most powerful element as is great service.
26 September 2026
Car had to be rebooked for second visit due to incorrect parts being ordered. Very inconvenient to have to return. Also additional work was done without asking for my ok.
24 September 2026
Service and recall was completed quickly
24 September 2026
Initial appt rescheduled by BMW. Then contacted x2 on day of initial appt to ask where our car was. We had to explain that you had rearranged it! Then when car was dropped off for scheduled appt we were called again asking where it was. Disorganisd
24 September 2026
I booked service + loan car 6 months prior, told the week before it had not been booked and I would have to rebook I wanted a loan car! Tyre pressures not set during the service so were still too low - alarm. Service video didn't arrive 'til next day
24 September 2026
Only things that let down experience slightly were: 1. Refurbishment work underway at site detracted from experience, parking v limited 2. 30 minute delay in handover of car after work completed due to communication issues between reception and custo
23 September 2026
Great service experience
23 September 2026
On line check in failed. Told me I had to download a mini app when I have a bmw. Late pick up. Wires were hanging out of hole by passenger seat
22 September 2026
I was told afterwards that work might need doing. You had the car all day, telling me before i collected it would have helped. I also have a full warranty so items may have been covered. I called to discuss last friday but didn't get a callback.
22 September 2026
On time, efficient, friendly service.
22 September 2026
Everything thing on this visit was good, but on the previous visit for brake fluid the mechanic forgot to clear the code so it had to be done on this visit. Hence, one start less than I would normally give.
22 September 2026
I ask for a full diagnosis to be carried out, but team pointed out what we already knew, I made it clear over the phone and in person that the codes needed to be resolved/cleared. The two main ones I understood, but to leave the rest unresolved!
21 September 2026
Communication was excellent and timely.
21 September 2026
Job was done quickly, staff very polite, it was nice having the car cleaned too despite it just being a free recall and the inspection video was a nice touch!
21 September 2026
Some of the function lost after serving the car such as: air condition, more noise when accelerating, not clearing the steam inside of the screen etc.
21 September 2026
Excellent customer service
21 September 2026

21 September 2026
Sarah was nice enough but I asked if traffic info would be updated and she said yes, but it is still not available. I would rather she if said no than not give me an honest response. Maps are still out of date in some areas. Dont like spoken abbrevia

17 September 2026
I booked online with BMW having been targeted with a value service. Quote was £164 but I ended up having to additionally have the pollen filter replaced because you refused to cancel the service reminder light if I didn't. Cost was £234. Misleading
17 September 2026
Great communication both before and during my service visit. Staff couldn't have been nicer from initial greeting to vehicle handover. Car wash was fabulous and loved the vehicle inspection video. My service experience couldn't have been any better!
16 September 2026
I always have any car issues,MOTs and work carried out at Partridges - they are always excellent in their work and customer service
15 September 2026
BMW failed to notify me that the MOT had expired on my car. This time serviced in September with the MOT expired in March. Ultimately my responsibility but expected garage to notify me when car purchased from and fully serviced by this garage

09 September 2026
Second year that I've used BMW Chandlers Ford for an MOT, but third overall. First time for a service. The whole experience was as excellent as it has always been. A little disappointed the complimentary clean wasn't completed, but that's all.

Work completed on time and entirely to my satisfaction. I was told when my car was ready for collection in good time.
08 September 2026

07 September 2026
Booking was made weeks in advance originally. Upon arriving to drop my vehicle, I was told during check in that the lights in question I was there for had not been delivered yet. Then had to be rebooked for ten days later.
07 September 2026
Booking and bringing car into the service garage was smooth and easy for me, even when noting an additional item to inspect, which was outside the normal service/MOT procedures but the team were able to accommodate on the same day.

26 August 2026
The work was completed on a recall to the value of £590. I believe a free wash and vacuum was included. Both were very poorly done. The wheels were still filthy. The interior the car hadn't been touched at all.

19 August 2026
No communication after dropping off my vehicle. No ETA so couldn't plan my day. Was told I would get health check and I didn't. Genuinely no idea why I'm paying for a service plan and receiving awful service.

08 August 2026
I was informed i needed a nearside front tyre as it was damaged and would need replacing it was down to the cord apparently. Not only was the cost quoted expensive but i was informed it needed urgent attention and wouldn't pass any future mot.

Loan car was not available so I had to wait for a member of staff to lend his car (many thanks to him)
07 August 2026

06 August 2026
David Robert's was incredible at helping me quickly and efficiently.

05 August 2026

I can't actually comment as you still have my car My car was booked for diagnostic check. You rang and said you had fried an ECU? And you were awaiting a part... I'm still waiting...

03 August 2026
Sarah was great. Really flexible when I asked to collect my car the following morning. Despite moving their office and desks to a new part of the showroom for the refurb the service was excellent and seamless.
03 August 2026
For the price of the service I would have expected actual screen wash and not just water. Other than that, satisfied.
03 August 2026
Waiting MOT appointment used. Car dealt with and returned before end of two hour slot. All staff very efficient
02 August 2026
1. Fault correction, tie rod, on BMW AF25YPZ 2. Accident repair on YL73KWF. In both cases excellent service particularly from colleagues keeping in touch with progress. Courtesy cars offered, repairs done promptly and efficiently. Staff excellent.
02 August 2026
Everything was as I would have hoped.
02 August 2026
The team at Partridge did a very good job. You would get 5 stars except I believe if I have to spend 3 hours driving to the BMW garage to rectify a fault entirely of BMW's making I should also not have to pay a single penny for a loan car.
02 August 2026
Great value when you take into account the quality of work, parts and customer service
01 August 2026

01 August 2026

It was very simple to drop car off and collect it the following day. They did however forget to check my air conditioning which I mentioned on the app when booking in and I unfortunately have no fix for the horrendous second gear shifting problem.
29 July 2026
Experience OK till I got in the car, why does it smell so minty!! I mean who wants a car that smells of strong mint. Several days later it still smells and honestly it's not pleasant.
