The service advisor Sarah was very good and extremely helpful! The courtesy car process was painful. There is a £2,000 access on a courtesy car which is not mentioned during the initial booking call. Also Partridge does not offer pick up service

Service receptionist was very helpful & communication was good throughout. It was helpful to be informed that I had another fault with the front camera, due to a chip in the windscreen. But this is tempered with my comments above.

Why do you need so many reception staff? One at the door who took keys , 3 at reception to register- despite having done automated log in before hand . All easily handled by one person.

Because it was referred to BMW UK to fix the onboard computer which appears to have resolved the issues. Hire car was arranged by Partridge for duration of time the car was being worked on of over 1 week. All work done under Warranty.

The car was telling me that the rear breaks needed to be changed, it turned out to be the sensor but that still cost £100. Why not phone me as £100 for the sensor compared to £200 for the pads and sensors seems quite steep. Better value to get both

One slightly disappointing aspect is that when I got home, I found that driver side support bracket for the windscreen washer loom was left hanging loose and I had to clip this back in position myself.
