I visited twice in the space of 3 days for an issue with my 430D, firstly Jenny and then Mikaela helped with the process and both were a pleasure to deal with. I also spoke with Tracy over the phone who was also very helpful and professional.

Came in to get oil leak repaired. Got charged a lot. Oil leak was not fixed as I discovered on a 200 mile drive when the warning light came back. It shouldn't be hard for technicians to check that.

The wheel repair and customer service were very good. I did add in a complementary wash and hoover but neither were completed. I was told the car couldn't be washed as the wheel paint needed to be fully dry, but not sure why the hoover didn't happen.

Great service from booking in to completion. I opted for a waiting service ( 2 hours). Everything was completed on time including the extra air conditioning service that I added from the original standard service and MOT. My car was cleaned too.

Your ennitial diagnosis was not correct, you picked up within mm worn brake pads etc but couldn't diagnosis what my car came in for which was a leaking boot , after agreeing to replace boot seal you then told me it was from the boot braking light

Communication was good until after car was available for pickup, but had to chase for information due to busy service staff. Puncture was on Monday pm, pickup was not until Thursday noon. BMW Assist performed badly and this was main reason for delay

Dropped my car off at 0600 after work, luckily there was one tight parking spot available, also could do with a bigger slot to drop your key into .. Said I was going to put the key in an envelope with my reg number, but it wouldn't fit in the slot

I asked for the front tyres to be swapped with the rears. This wasn't done. I had to bring the vehicle back in to have this done separately. I was sent an email telling me I'd receive a video healthcheck. This never happened.

Awful service! Car went in for DAB issue and squeaky door when driving. After first test they said nothing was wrong with either so I spoke to technician and he found both issues. Door sorted quickly but radio took 12 days due to BMW not authorising
