The tech looking after my car was great, we talked about the issue and he was keen to inform and advise me. Post visit, I've tried to email the service advisor of my case twice and both have gone unanswered. As a result, I took my query elsewhere.

I phoned early to discuss a rattle problem. I was invited to investigate same day. I discussed and demonstrated problem during a drive with an engineer. Had the problem investigated, then investigated further when not fixed, then finally solved.

Whilst driving over tyre warning sensor light came on, which I asked they checked. They said that the tyre pressures were all ok, but if I wanted them to check further it would be £150 - seems very pricey. They didn't reset the tyre warning light.

It took you 4 days to carry out this repair, and the first time you returned the car the problem had not been fixed though your engineer thought he had fixed it. In the end it cost £1200 just to repair/replace a door latch.

Dealership were very friendly and efficient and kept me informed as to what was happening. Had service and MOT and afterwards they cleaned my car to a superb standard which was very appreciated.

The vehicle returned for the 3rd time to resolve a "SOS system failure" issue. It then turned out that a part needed was unavailable, so the vehicle will need to return for a 4th visit.
