- Find your order number - It is 7 digits, for example 6204662. You will find it on your order paperwork. If you cannot find it, ask us and we will send it over.
- Open the AI Assistant - It sits on bmw.co.uk with BMW customer support. Ask about your order and enter the number when prompted.
- Get Your Status - You get the current stage of your order and an estimated delivery date, without waiting for anyone to come back to you.
We still handle the important bit.
The Assistant is there for a quick self serve update between conversations. Your handover is arranged with us, and we will confirm the final details with you directly.
- Handover date and time. Always confirmed by your sales executive, never by the Assistant.
- Anything the Assistant cannot answer. Finance, part exchange, accessories, changes to your order.
- No order found. If your number is not recognised, your car may already have been delivered, or the number may need checking. Contact the Partridge BMW team and we will sort it.
