See above. Whilst the outcome and advice from your workshop was poor, your representative Adriana was courteous and explained what had been relayed to her. She was great, but had to work hard to justify the cost of the brake pad sensor replacement.

Tech commented that my tyres which were a 1k miles old at the time, only had 6mm of tread and recommended replacement at 3mm He also suggested replacing my wiper blades as they were smearing, which was just bugs. What joke! Does anyone fall for this.

The car was fixed under warranty with no fuss whatsoever. The communication as described was on point and honest. Which is refreshing. The only area for improvement would be the cleanliness of the courtesy car, which was mentioned on the handover.

The service advisor Sarah was very good and extremely helpful! The courtesy car process was painful. There is a £2,000 access on a courtesy car which is not mentioned during the initial booking call. Also Partridge does not offer pick up service
