All very good until I picked up and drove home - the car overheated and I had to pull over on the hard shoulder in limp mode. I called but service desk then closed at 5:45pm so had to limp home and hope it resolved.

I brought my car in for service the evening before my early morning appointment so I would have expected it to be ready early afternoon. It was in for a basic service and MoT. It was not ready until the end of the day resulting in a difficult journey

Very pleased with the repair work but a little unhappy about the issues which were raised at the time I was informaed by telephone that the car was ready for picking up. The issues related to Nav update and tyres. Blatant sales push - not necessary.

Took 2 hours to just change the car oil, no time to wash the car !!. As the oil was change before the sheduled mileage/time a yellow warning light was on the key and dash board when the car was handed back over. I asked them to take the car back ..

For the price of the service I am disapointed that there was not a health report on the 12v battery. As before the service I had asked for this to be checked.

I had to pay £1500 for an intake manifold. The car is 6 years old and done 35k miles. I don't think a car of this age and mileage should have an expensive problem like this already.

Very good communication and easy drop off and collection. Updates were provided in a timely manner- however my dashcams were unplugged and not reconnected which I was not happy with. That's not happened before.
