My only disappointment was the inability to drive my vehicle away on the day I purchased it due to an issue with the FCA and sales commissions. No fault of the sales team that I dealt with.

My only criticism is that I wasn't advised that the air conditioning service wasn't included in the vehicle service pack. The lady that served me was very polite and helpful so only a minor learning point.

I'm somewhat dissatisfied because after the recall service, my car's ambient lighting stopped working. Communication was slow, and it took multiple follow-ups to get a response. I expected more proactive support from a premium brand like BMW.

Only strange thing was, I waited while the brake fluid was changed and I could see in the myBMW app that the car was locked and parked across the road for almost an hour before they told me it was finished? I felt that was a wasted an hour!

A tyre was replaced. I suggest doing all the tyre pressures for safety is good practice. My pressure warning light has been on in the past but technicians haven't thought to pump up. Very poor.

The boot cover on my car suddenly releases whilst driving. I asked the service centre to confirm the operation of the boot cover arms. I have not yet received confirmation that the boot cover arms works as expected.
