My only disappointment was the inability to drive my vehicle away on the day I purchased it due to an issue with the FCA and sales commissions. No fault of the sales team that I dealt with.

Everything was great (apart from the coffee, it was awful!). Also, they forgot to wash my car but they agreed to do it while I waited which was good.
