The service received was excellent. However I asked for a re-gas of the air conditioning and paid a 'discounted' £150. On my 2023 service I was quoted £6.60 ...a 2272% increase in price over 2 years seems excessive.

As above. Call back to update me on progress next to non existment. Loan car was filthy and own car was not cleaned inside and out despite request on the on - line check in. Second time of bad experience with Partridge. Showroom staff very good.

Overall a nice dealership, price went up by several hundred as the service done was the major. They said I must have selected the wrong one on the app to then show a different estimate, there was only one option on the app. App needs an update.

They were not able to help and did not even wash the car after the complimentary car wash was confirmed via check-in online and over the phone. Very poor customer service.

Communications with this dealer is generally very poor. Never return my telephone calls, have to repeatedly call back. Also fail to confirm appointments, I'm Still awaiting confirmation after a week. Car is great but service below other brands
